The Renewal of Enthusiasm

Enthusiasm
The motivational speaker, Zig Ziglar, once said that a sale is a successful transfer of enthusiasm to the customer.
And while most customers won’t be filled with enthusiasm after every purchase, they are likely to experience a sense of satisfaction whenever the intrinsic value of what they buy meets or exceeds their expectations, which can be very rewarding.
Contract Renewal Season
Value is also an important measurement of relative worth for propane buyers during contract renewal season. Why? Because value is an essential part of every business relationship where a desired outcome is expected to happen based on trust.
The Desired Outcome of Reliable Supply
Our propane supply renewal season is underway now.
Months of preparation, asset diversification, logistical expertise and a willingness to go the extra mile are some of the qualities that separate Ray Energy from the rest of the pack.
This is the time of year when we help you plan for the next 12 months with a virtually foolproof strategic supply system to ensure that you get the propane you need when you need it.
As your trusted business partner, we hope that you share our enthusiasm for another profitable and successful year together. It should be a very good year for growth!
1904

1904 was also a good year for growth.
Theodore Roosevelt won the presidential election, the Summer Olympics were hosted in the U.S. for the first time, and Ray Energy was founded in Troy, NY. The founding principles of dependable deliveries, outstanding service and customer satisfaction are still honored today, and the “do whatever it takes” work ethic has been handed down through four generations.
The Skinny

Everyone in the propane business should be enthusiastic about the 2026-2027 supply season. Inventories are high and propane’s value relative to crude oil prices is low, which gives propane a big price advantage over heating oil for conversions, and a big price advantage for propane autogas over diesel and gasoline.
And propane prices are still relatively low. For example, last year’s 12-month average was $.7634/gallon and prices are only $.025/gallon higher now, even with all that’s going on around the world.
If you’re worried about further upside, you can layer in some fixed price volume with us now as a building block towards a solid price foundation.
So, we hope you’ll celebrate this time of renewal and enthusiasm with Ray Energy.
You can be assured that we’ll take great care of your upcoming propane requirements. After all, we’ve been taking exceptional care of customers since Theodore Roosevelt became the 26th President.
Thank you for your business!
